アートフレームセット「絵てぬぐい 琳派富士」
アートフレームと絵てぬぐいのギフトセットです。
アートフレームは当店で開発した特許商品。マグネット式の上下2本のフレームに挟んで吊るすだけで、簡単に手ぬぐいをタペストリーとして飾れます。フレームの表面は桜の蒔絵、裏面は無地なので、インテリアにあわせて表側も裏側もお使いいただけます。
セットされている手ぬぐいは、注染という伝統の技で熟練の職人が染めました。手染めによる鮮やかな染め色と粋な風合いが日本の文化を伝えます。
◆絵てぬぐい「琳派富士」◆
江戸期琳派の絵画をもとに染め上げました。
古くから神の住む霊峰として、人々から崇められてきた富士山と水辺を飛ぶ冬鳥を描いた琳派の作品です。日本文化ならではの詫びさびの美徳が感じられます。
琳派は江戸時代初期に、本阿弥光悦と俵屋宗達によって創始、尾形光琳や尾形乾山が発展させ、江戸末期には酒井抱一が江戸に定着させました日本美術の流派です。
富士山は日本最高峰で日本を代表する名峰。古代より神聖な場所として信仰され、様々な美術や文学など芸術作品にも多く登場してきました。
「ふじ」の語呂合わせから不死や不老長寿、末広がりの裾野から子孫繁栄や商売繁盛の縁起物ともされています。

Art Frame Set “Tenugui:Rinpa – Fuji”
This gift set includes an art frame and a hand-dyed Tenugui, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design.
The Art Frame is a patented product developed in-house, featuring two magnetic frames that easily hold the Tenugui like a tapestry. Simply sandwich the fabric between the two magnetic frames and hang it up. The front of the frame features a delicate sakura (cherry blossom) maki-e design, while the back is plain, allowing you to switch it up to match your interior style.
The Tenugui is dyed using the traditional Chusen technique by skilled artisans, with vibrant colors and a refined texture that showcase the beauty of Japanese craftsmanship.
Tenugui: Rinpa – Fuji
This Tenugui is dyed based on an Edo-period Rinpa painting, capturing the refined aesthetics of wabi-sabi, a unique virtue of Japanese culture.
The artwork features Mount Fuji, a sacred peak revered as the dwelling of the gods, alongside winter birds soaring over the water.
The Rinpa school is a distinguished style of Japanese art, founded in the early Edo period by Hon’ami Kōetsu and Tawaraya Sōtatsu. It was later refined by Ogata Kōrin and Ogata Kenzan, and firmly established in Edo during the late period by Sakai Hōitsu.
Mount Fuji is Japan’s highest and most iconic peak, long regarded as a sacred site and a source of inspiration for numerous artworks, literary pieces, and cultural expressions.
The name “Fuji” is also associated with auspicious meanings:
- Immortality and longevity (due to its phonetic resemblance to “fushi”, meaning immortality)
- Prosperity and success (symbolized by its wide-spreading base)
- Family fortune and business growth
This timeless design blends artistic heritage with good fortune, making it a meaningful addition to any collection.
